Image Rights
I, Rabbiscuit, do not give permission to repost any art, animation, or commission I have made and posted without my permission. I do not, under any circumstances allow my art or animations to be reposted with or without credit. If any art created by me is reposted by any account I do not own and has not been greenlit to do so, It will be reported and the account owner will be contacted and be told to take the art down.
Even though the art is publicly posted to any social media, does not give someone else the right to take it and post it, for any reason. If my art is posted without permission please know that there is a possibility of a public announcement/blacklist if the image is not removed. I do not condone any harassment by any means, yet I cannot control what others do, and I am not responsible for any harassment that is made towards the reposter.None of my images, art, animations, or ANYTHING I create on any social media should be trained for any AI image generation. None of my Images should be turned into NFT's.

By ordering a commission from (Rabbiscuit) you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejection/cancellation of said commission with or without a refund and/or a blacklist/public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.These Terms of Service are in effect and have been

Section 1.1 - Will Draw-Any Feral Characters
-Any Anthro Characters
-Human Characters
-Original Characters/ Fan characters
-Sonas
-Fanart
-Suggestive
-Gore or NSFW (Please ask!! as I still
might decline if not comfortable,
but I will always appreciate you reaching out)
-Any couple types; of any sexual orientation (No underaged x legal adult)

Section 1.2 - Will Not Draw
The Artist has a right to refuse to draw anything, but mainly:
-Extreme Gore (like before, it never
hurts to ask anyway!)
-Full Mecha
-Pedophilia, Incest, and Zoophilia

Section 2 - Commission Process
The following is a sample of the Artist’s commission process:
-The Client orders by contacting the artist with a detailed description the client wants drawn.
-The Artist contacts the Client, via dm after the Client has sent the original message, confirming the acceptance or rejection of said commission. Upon acceptance, the final price and details of the commission is confirmed within dms.
-The Client will receive a rough sketch (watermarked) of the commission. Any and all major revisions or changes must be done at this stage. (reposing, corrections, etc)
-The Client approves of the sketch and the full payment is made (Via. PayPal)
Upon confirmation the payment has been received, the artist works to finalize the commission.
-Once the commission has been completed, the Client will receive the commissioned artwork Via Email.
-Only minor changes, (Ex. brightness, rendering, effects, etc.) may be made at this stage. Any and all major revisions, (reposing, major corrections, etc) will be rejected.
-If permitted, the Artist posts a watermarked version of the commission on social media.

Section 3 - General Rights
The Artist’s rights for commission purposes are as follows:
-The Artist has a right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation to the Client
-The Artist has the right to cancel an commission for whatever reason, with or without an explanation to the Client (see Section 6 - refunds for more information about refunds)
-The Artist has a right to post/ upload any and all commission work onto social media,(Instagram, Twitter, Youtube) unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep commission private
-Payments are to be made after the Client approves of the commission sketch. The commission will be “on hold” till payment is received and confirmed.
-The Artist will not work with any deadlines or rush orders of within 3 weeks
-The Artist does not work on a “first come, first serve” basis.
-The Client may contact any time to ask for progress on the commission. The client is highly encouraged to contact the Artist via social media, most preferred, Instagram.

Section 4 - Image Rights
-The Client may use/reupload the commission for personal/ non personal commercial use, but only if proper credit is given to the Artist, and a link back to any of the Artist’s social media (@Rabbiscuit)
-If the commission includes any characters that do not belong to the Client, additional credit to the owner(s)/creator(s) when reuploading for personal/non-commercial use is required.
-The Client may not use commission for any commercial use unless discussed with the Artist beforehand.
-Commissions intended for promotional and commercial use will charge more that personal/non-commercial commissions. Prices are negotiable.
-The Client may not claim the commission as their own work, whether they did or did not make any edits to the commission.
-The Artist does not claim ownership of any of the characters/ subjects portrayed in the commission. All characters belong to their respective creator(s)

Section 5 - Delivery and Turn around
-All commissions will be done digitally.
-There will be no hard copies
-The Client is paying for a service/ digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.
-The Client may ask for a specific canvas size for the commission
Commissions with canvases smaller than 1000px may have prices negotiable. (smaller canvas size means loss in detail and quality)
-All commissions will be delivered via. Email, with the completed commissions .PNG file attached to it. Unless otherwise specified.
-Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all commissions will be posted on the Artist’s social media, resized and watermarked.
-Depending on the desired style, or queue, the estimated turnaround time is about 3 weeks to 2 months as the artist is in school and employed outside of art.
-If the Artist takes longer than 2 months to complete the commission for whatever reason, the Client will be contacted and informed of the status of their commission. If not contacted, the Client is encouraged to reach out.

Section 6 - Payment
-Payment is to be made after the Client has approved of the sketch. The Client is to send payment upfront.
-Payment is to be made via PayPal or Venmo
-Payment is to be done in USD (United States Dollars).
-The Client does not need to pay extra for any fees.
-Payment must be sent within 72 hours after the sketch is
approved by the Client.

Section 7 - Refunds
-If the Client cancels their commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:
100% Refunded if in sketch or lineart stage
50% Refunded if in the base color stage
30%-20% if in the shading stage/final touches
-The Client will not receive any file of the commission.
-Refunds will be given within 72 hours after correspondence.
-If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor adjustments (Ex. adjusting colors), up to a maximum of two (2) times after correspondence. Any desired major revisions (Ex. reposing, color scheme changes, etc.) will be rejected
-The only major revisions permitted are details that the Artist may have missed and was specified by the Client in order form/correspondence while the commission was still in sketching/lineart stage (Ex. missing tattoo, missing horn essential to the characters design).
